Salon Policies
Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online through our website, or in person at the salon. We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation call, email, or text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment to ensure your slot is reserved.
Arrival
- Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and any necessary preparations.
- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or adjust your service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
- Method: Cancellations can be made via phone or online through our website.
No-Shows
- Definition: A no-show is when a client does not show up for their appointment and fails to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Fees: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged for no-shows. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Payment
- Methods: We accept cash, EC cards, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
- Refunds: All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us before you leave the salon so we can address your concerns immediately.
Children
- Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the service areas unless they are receiving a service.
Personal Belongings
- Responsibility: The salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you during your visit.
Hygiene and Safety
- Sanitization: Our salon adheres to strict sanitization protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
- Health Concerns: If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment to prevent spreading illness.
Conduct
- Respect: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Special Requests
- Accommodations: Please inform us of any special needs or requests at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you.
Gift Cards
- Terms: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Data Protection
- Privacy: Your personal data will be handled in accordance with German data protection laws. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
